2016 AWD Transmission - Can someone explain what is normal vs not?
I know this damn 9 speed is finicky but can someone tell me how a normal, properly working one feels vs one with issues? My throttle feels weak in first gear and seems a little delayed shifting into second. It gets better once warmed up, and better still in Sport IDS mode. I'm not sure if this is normal or not with this transmission? I just picked up the car with just shy of 30k miles. I plan on checking with a dealership to see if the software is all up to date. Is that something that would have already been done if it had been serviced at a dealer previously, or only if the owner had complained?
