2015 Acura MDX interior lights won't work with door opening.

2015 Acura MDX interior lights won't work with door opening.
Something must have happened because I noted the last couple of weeks the interior lights don't come on when you open the door. Other lights, such as the ones in the side external mirrors work fine, headlights turn on ok too.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
I'd go to the dealer but the nearest one is 60 miles away.

Interior light switch that is located near sun roof switch is probably in OFF position, just switch it back to Door Activated (middle) position.
