$2000 down or $2000 out of pocket? Meaning the $2000 covered lease fee, tags, first months payment and the rest went towards down payment or you put $2000 down plus all the fees?

What is the current money factor and residual that American Honda is offering on the MDX lease?

Here are the current lease numbers on a SH-AWD Advance Entertainment

36 months residual for 12 k is 59%
24 months residual for 12k is 66%

36 month money factor starts at .00160. There is an additional .00010 markup to waive the security deposit
24 month money factor starts at .00260. Once again same markup applies.
These are top tier rates OAC rates go up as scores go down.

Wow, those are really good. right? For some reason, Acura Canada's residual for 36 months (for the Tech and Elite models) for 24K seems to be below 50%!!! Yikes. So the monthly lease payment will be over $1000!!!

I wished that we had numbers like yours for the MDX lease in Canada.
