04 MDX Front Seatbelts Locked+Air bag light on

I was in a little accident over the weekend. I hit the back of a bus

and my front seatbelts locked, the air bag light also came on. The airbags did not deploy. What can I do to reset the SRS system if possible. I also wanna know if Honda will fix the seatbelts under the lifetime warranty

the car will need to be reset by a Honda hand held computer called the HDS. (honda diagnostic system)
i believe the seat belts need to be reset as well.
