Service B15

So my wife's 17' Tech just turned 14,xxx miles and now showing Service B15. It includes a coolant replacement, Not sure but isn't it too early for coolant replacement?
My previous cars were either 30k miles or 60k miles for coolant. Should I have it done?

I mean; it's never to early to swap fluids...
fresh fluids ONLY help the car.
I guess it would depend on you and your wallet and how long you're going to keep the MDX...if keeping records by Acura helps you with warranty claims...then do it.
if you dont care about the warranty, or can keep records on your own...do it later.

Did Acura change the anti freeze formula or service intervals for the coolant? I don't think I got the "5" code until 100,000 miles for my 06 TSX, 08 RDX, and 11 MDX.

14k is way too early to change the coolant.

Are you sure it's not showing B16? That would be what I'd expect the MID to call for, based on age/mileage. The 6 is rear differential fluid.

Oops! you're right I read it wrong...it is actually showing B16. So its oil change, tire rotation, bunch of fluid check and the "6" is for differential fluid. Any idea how much it will cost?
Just to confirm it is showing Service B16. Ty guys!

Dealers set their own price, but here are some estimates:

Low estimate (my local Honda dealer):
B - Oil Change - $39.95
1 - Tire Rotation - $19.95
6 - Rear Diff Fluid - $125.00
========================
Low estimate = $184.90

High estimate (my local Acura dealer):
B - Oil Change - $79.95
1 - Tire Rotation - $29.95
6 - Rear Diff Fluid - $139.95
========================
High estimate = $249.85

"What I do" estimate (DIY):
B - Oil Change - $50.00 (Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0W20 6 qt + Mobil 1 M1-110A filter)
1 - Tire Rotation - $0.00
6 - Rear Diff Fluid - $30.00 (Acura DPSF 3 qt -- you'll have leftovers)
========================
DIY estimate = $80.00
