I found that on my 18 advance cpo, both front chargers were dead but smartphone plug was good. Turned out to they sold it that way with fried chargers from a soda spill. It was burned to a crisp internally from a spill. I got a replacement dual USB charger on eBay from a wrecked vehicle and now it works great. Perhaps you spilled something into your smartphone USB outlet?

with the motorola system I found you MUST follow the SETUP instructions which say to FIRST plug the phone into the usb port till the car recoginzes it then unplug it and then plug in the motorola adapter then pair everything. Once that is done, it has been working fine on our 2019

As for wireless charging, I use one of these and it sits on the wood-grain rubber covered, center console lid plugged into the regular USB outlet in the console and routed from behind. No problems using both concurrently.

No issues with my AAWireless device. I was an early indiegogo supporter and it was a bit unstable a year ago, but with software updates it is now seamless and no different from my 22 RDX with built in wireless.
Some limitations I've learned over the year:
- My phone (Z Flip 4) can only connect to two bluetooth devices at a time. If I have my Samsung watch and bluetooth headset connected, I need to shut one off before it connects to my car's wireless AA
- When buying a new phone, Samsung Smart Switch does a horrible job with moving over Android Auto settings. Usually I have to clear cache/data on Google Play Services, Android Assistant, Android Auto, and Google apps to get a new phone to connect the first time.
