wheels and lowering

Anyone put 22" wheels on their new 14' MDX? If so can u please post pics...also anyone know if there is a lowering kit available for these? Not dramatic just looking for 1-2" drop. Any input is appreciated

If you want that amount of bling then you should have bought an Escalade. The 3G MDX is noted as a quiet comfortable ride if you don't want that then why buy the 3G MDX?

You should not tamper in any way with the suspension geometry of any vehicle that has auto cruise or CMBS, in fact, you shouldn't screw around with the suspension geometry of any car that has VSA or ABS. You can use any rim size as long as you maintain the overall wheel diameter, whatever effects that has on comfort or handling is up to your preference.

db22, thanks for your thoughtful insite...I actually have an escalade..not really sure how adding 22's and lowering it a little adds up to bling? I was actually looking at either color matched, or black wheels...not really bling IMHO.

RLO...I understand your point, and I know that one shouldn't mess with suspension on any vehilce, yet if we all kept everything stock then how much fun would that be?

I get your points and I am not trying to be an ass...I just asked a basic question for those that have to post pics and if there was a kit out there...thanks for your insight on why not to do it, but for those who have answers to my questions please post.

^^ Is this towards the original poster or towards the two posts that didnt really answer the OP question? I'm curious though as well how this car may look with 22's, although it maybe a tad large... Will have to wait and see.

I would be amused if I could understand what you don't understand.
