vanishing speed dial list
My iPhone 7 transfers the contacts initially then most vanish with the speed dials. It will only accept 2 manually entered speed dials and erases everything else on 2018 MDX Tech

Any update on this problem? My wife's 2018 MDX Sport Hybrid is losing her speed dials (but not her Contacts). She has an iPhone 6 Plus and iOS 12.
Your issue is the only one, so far, that I've found that is similar to what she is experiencing.

As far as I know this is still an issue only for my wife with her iPhone and MDX. She does a work around with Apple CarPlay and not an issue. She was to have gotten rid of her pictures associated with her contacts but has not done that yet. I have the same phone and the 2018 RDX advanced and no issues to date so it is very patchy. We both have iPhone 7's and both are now running IOS 12.

My wife has a 2018 MDX Adv and Android phinw, Google Pixel 2. We purchased the vehicle at the end of 2017. Her speed dials have disappeared 6 times and mine 2x (same phone). Since Acura is unable to replicate the issue, they can't/won't fix it. I have escalated the issue to the Regional Svc Mgr Justin and he was indifferent. So much so that he didn't care if we ever purchased another Acura ever again.

This issue is frustrating considering we paid 60K for a vehicle that is buggy as all heck. 2018 and speed dials won't persist. Why isnti there an app to backup those lists in case this type of situation occurs? Easy enough to sync them back. It is time consuming to re-enter all of these manually.
