Hey guys, I just got my 2019 mdx and I’m trying to hardwire my radar detector but about 4 fuses I’ve tried so far all stay on when I switch the car off. I’ve even accounted for possible delayed offs for convenience. I’ve tried both 12v socket fuses, the power windows, and the front defroster. All of window don’t work when the car is off but for some reason the radar detector stays on. Any ideas? I’m trying to stay within the passenger side fuse box as that’s how I already routed the wires. Thanks.

When you turn the engine off and do NOT open a door windows, radio etc still work for about 10 minutes. Thats probably what your seeing. I would sugges you connect to the radio fuse, open a door and see what happens.

I’ll try the radio fuse. But the door has nothing to do with anything. I’ve gotten out completely and hit the lock button on my fob and come back 30 mins later and the detector is still on (with the fuses I already tried, not the radio one).

I just found one. I basically tried them all. The only one that worked is 23 which is crossed out (unused).

Most of them in the passenger side are accessory power.
