Online search should tell you what the code means. Generally to clear codes you need a code reader or a smart phone app like Torque. Which can also read codes. You can download the app easily enough but to make it work you also need a OBD dongle that plugs into the OBD port
30 second search shows control module failure, wiring or wire connector issues. Take it back to the dealer to fix.
BTW most Honda dealers can also do warranty work on Acuras.

Failure Date: 08/13/2019
While driving, I received the message "advanced driver support system: u3000-49". This is the second time this error has appeared on the console. First time this had occurred was on 9/28/18 and again on 8/13/19. The dealer says I dont drive the car enough and in turn the battery for the camera does not have sufficient charge
Thanks guys. That’s clearly not my case. I drive a lot. But if this is one of the battery gremlins I read about, I can get that replaced at my local Honda dealership rather than drive 170 miles to the selling Acura dealership. I hope it’s as simple as that.
If a dealership issue sue could be resolved the day I bring it in, that would be ok but they’re not always that responsive to my time/distance needs. Or haven’t been the couple times I’ve been back.
Personally I dont think so. Especially given what the internet says the error code is. But again have the battery tested.
And correct I dont mean autozone. Around here we have Battery Factory. They sell, install batteries and can test electrical systems. Its all they do.
It appears “u3000-49” is a generic electronic/controller error. The message indicated lane keep assist. There are no error or warning lights lit in the gauge console.
Turn off LKAS. Drive it. Remember it can take up to 10 restarts before a code will clear without a code reader. Get it to the dealer ASAP and have them diagnose it. Thats what warranties are for. Call your local Honda dealer and see if they will handle it under warranty for you. Remember the MDX and Pilot drive trains and basic systems are nearly identical.
why not just call your Acura dealer service underwriter, and ask them to offer an opinion on whether they need to see the car or not. They can look the code up.
i started my morning at the local Honda dealership, with whom I have a good relationship. They agreed to download the codes and there were 6 or 7, all related to the CAN BUS. I generally understand what that is and they said I needed to go to the Acura dealer. Meanwhile, the Acura Svc Mgr called me back and said 80% of the time it was a temporary low voltage circumstance that would cause this, it was safe to drive and they would prioritize me upon arrival. On the 80 mile journey (one way), I was able to determine all safety systems were functioning as designed. No issues.
the dealership said theyd clear the codes then go for a moderately extended test drive and if they didn’t reappear, everything was likely ok.
Two hours later, after a rattle in my sunroof was addresses, a wash & vacuum, I was on my way. We’ll see but I can appreciate this was most likely a one off and they handled as well as it could have been handled. Will update if necessary.
Hello,
this is my ID block, I not sure how correct names it.
So, I have issue "Tire Pressure Monitor Problem" and error code U3000-49.
Already, tryed to chanche this TPMS block from another 3.5 2015 Advance car, but every time heve problem with keys flushing.
Ok, I think that my block not fully dead, and maybe issue someware in electrinc line for TMPS part of responsability in this block.
For exaple DTC U3000-49: TPMS Controm Unit Internal Circuit Malfunction. Note: Low battery voltage can cause this DTC. Make sure 12 volt battery is fully charged and is good condition,
Could you please advice, pinout or what line in this block I shoud check?
