Thanks for all the help on the forums! I'm glad to be a proud owner of a 2014 MDX CPO tech model. pretty happy with my purchase experience and got complimentary all weather floor mats thrown in, and did pay for lojack. The car came with bunch of bonus accessory features like the side sills, side step, roof rails and the rear bumper aluminum piece. those extras definitely makes the car more stand out than standard mdx. the dealer aftermarket head rest dvd players are a nice touch for when the kid gets older too. New brake pads and fluids, and the tires are practically new. Love the transmission being super smooth and torquey first and second gear! Finally got some open road at end of the night push it around and the SH AWD is adequate. i didnt feel any understeer but no hooligan oversteer like a RWD car. car felt nimble and suspension a little firm in sport mode. its 3am now and i cant wait till the morning to play with it some more!
PS: Im glad we have a shifter knob instead of buttons... my mother cant even handle my father's porsche cayenne diesel key ignition on the left side of the steering wheel, i would imagine her not even try to drive this car with buttons for a shifter in an emergency
