Navigation screen rebooting

Navigation screen rebooting
Hi everyone,
Our 2015 MDX navigation screen keeps rebooting itself randomly when we're driving. We don't use the nav very much, but unfortunately, it apparently controls the Bluetooth system too so calls keep getting dropped when trying to dial someone (not to mention, it's simply annoying to have that keep rebooting visually). Anyone else experience something like this? I tried searching, and see plenty similar issues with the older MDX, but not so much with this one. If it matters at all, the dealership replaced the radio under warranty about two months ago, and the very first time it happened was soon after that, but it was only once, and didn't happen again until last week. Now it's constant. And of course the dealership is saying that wouldn't be causing this, and the CPO 12 month/12k warranty we had that covered electronics has now expired, so it'd be on our dime to have it diagnosed or repaired.
Any help or direction that y'all might know of?
Thanks!

Well I figured it out...I went into the diagnostic screen and reset the nav unit. By doing so, it automatically unpaired my iPhone. I drove around for 15 minutes and all was good (previously it was rebooting about every 60 seconds). So I paired my phone again and sure enough it started doing it again, leading to the culprit being my phone, not the nav. And I did recently download the latest iOS 13.2.3 in the last few days. I see there’s a new iOS available to download now, yet again, so I’ll try that and see if it fixes it.

I'm having the same issue with rebooting/resetting of both screens with my iPhone 6S+ as soon as I updated to IOS 13.X.X. I figured my issue wasn't the same as yours since my 19 MDX has Carplay. It only does this with the with the Carplay USB plug. It was every 5-10 seconds with the first IOS 13 update; now, it is down to 2X-4X per hour with the latest update. I just use the other USB plug for power and connect the iPhone with bluetooth for music/apps. I still get the Waze verbal directions and hazards through the MDX speakers. I will keep on applying IOS updates until the issue is fixed.

I tried my work iPhone XR that is still on iOS 13.1.3 this morning, and no issues on the drive this morning (the MDX is my wife's car, but we swapped cars for today so I can test out some stuff). At least on our '15 MDX, 13.2.3 seems to be the culprit. We'll update her phone to whatever the latest and greatest iOS is tonight and try it again and see if 13.2.3 is the issue. So odd - I never would have assumed that would cause the issue, but glad it's nothing more significant.
