Does anyone know if there is any mutual spare parts between the Acura MDX 2016-2020 and honda pilot 2016-2020 ?
Ex. Struts and control arm and other chassis parts, if anyone had the experience with this matter please share with me. 🙏🏻

All you have to do, to empower yourself, is use an OEM parts vendor site, like the one below, and find the specific part number for the 2016-2020 Acura MDX.

Write it down & enter or copy / paste the part # into a Honda OEM parts vendor site, like the one below, and see if it displays with a common result.

If it does (definitely not always), I have found a slight cost savings over Acura OEM vendors prices.

The next step is to shop the internet for the best price (based on the OEM part #), depending on whether you want to research best overall OEM price or to see if there is a lower $$$ aftermarket equivalent.

If you want to explore 'aftermarket' equivalent availability, I've found the most accurate / easiest / fastest way is to take the OEM part number and 'plug it' into RockAuto's 'Part Number Search' functionality below:

If there is an aftermarket equivalent based on the specific OEM part #, RockAuto's website will take you directly to what they have available.
Then make your decisions.

P.S.:
The moral of the story is to find / research your own specific part numbers.
Do not ever rely on parts counter monkeys (Autozone; Advance; O'Reilly et al) to DO THIS FOR YOU; otherwise, you could be burned.
If anything, it is safer for you to bring the specific OEM part #'s needed so that they can look them up, for available aftermarket equivalents, on their store system.

i just wanted to let you know why I am asking about this issue,
I am living overseas and we don’t have Acura dealership here in Saudi Arabia but we have honda , from my experience since 2018 and i have Acura RL 2007 and most of the spare parts relating to suspension and exterior and interior I bought from Ebay except anything related to engine , and I planning to have a acura MDX 2019 from Kuwait , that’s why I’m looking to know ( if there is any mutual spare parts)whether I can buy it or not ,

If you are posting on this forum, you have access to the internet.
You can still internet research the American made Acura MDX OEM part #'s & find the one's with a compatible Honda platform cross reference as mentioned above.
In addition, one would think you could then take those 'compatible' part #'s to the Honda dealership in Saudi Arabia and either purchase them outright or order them?
If you want a satisfactory result, in your endeavor question above on compatibility, you have to 'put in' the work.
