Angry Issues with #1 Key Fob - #2 fob works fine

We have a 2019 MDX and are having issues with our #1 key Fob.
#1 Fob is used by the wife and #2 fob is used by me. We both have different settings for the seats, steering wheel, mirrors and radio stations.

The problem is the #2 fob over-rides the #1 fob. IF we use the car in the evening (or whenever) and I drive and use #2 fob to start the car .... it works fine to adjust the seats, mirrors, steering wheel and radio station to my settings. However in the morning when the wife uses #1 fob to start the car to leave for work ...... the radio, mirrors, steering wheel, and seat are still on my #2 settings. The wife has to get into the street, kill the engine ... open the door and start over to get her settings. This problem is intermittent and does not happen all the time although I have multiple cell phone videos for when it does happen.

John Eagle in Houston (our dealer) has no idea.

Any one with suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your fobs are too close together. Move your fob at least 10feet from the car.

The fobs are in the house a good 30+ feet from the car. However where the wife keeps hers and where I keep mine are only about 10 feet apart.
Do you think separating the keys by more distance will solve the problem? Man that would be an easy fix!
