FWD vs SH-AWD 2014 MDX
Hey guys,
I started out with a discussion in the 4G TL forum as i was trying to differentiate between performance as it pertains to SH-AWD vs. FWD. See this thread for reference: https://acurazine.com/forums/4g-tl-2009-2014-123/fwd-vs-sh-awd-890535/ My question is, purely from a performance/handling perspective how much better does the SH-AWD perform than the FWD? Has there been any tests to scientifically measure the gains, losses, lap times, etc...? I know this may be unfair comparison as the SH-AWD TL has more power then the FWD TL. Where as the MDX specs are the same across both variants. What was determined is that the SH-AWD system in the TL may not be the engineered the same as the SH-AWD system in the MDX. Can anyone shed some light on the differences? |
eh, i've already posted in your other thread with the 4G TLs.

Sorry that its not the answer you are looking for but hope it still helps to put things in perspective. |
^^this is the same type of answer that should be given when people ask if the tech pkg or the advance pkg is worth it.
it's so individual. gotta go with what YOU want not what WE think you should get. it's all subjective. |
^^^ You said it so better and in so many fewer words *lol* I wish I could better master English as a second language....
