Hello,

My smoke cigarette socket is not working, i thought it was fuse broken at #15, then i tried to swap the fuse at position #14, #15 and #27, but still not help
Is it correct correct position for front smoke cigarette socket? If not, what should it be?

Thank you.

If your dealer is local, recommend to take it in. For such a new vehicle everything is covered. Also you didn't use the 12V socket as an cigarette lighter correct? It's not designed to be used for cigarette lighter and will overload the circuit.

Take off the trim piece and test the voltage going to the lighter socket. It should read 11.6-12.3V. If not, a wire is broken or another fuse broke.

I took my vehicle to dealer yesterday, after checking, they said they will replace the part next week, so another appointment, still under warranty.

Did it work before inserting the dashcam plug? Hopefully the dashcam didn't kill the 12v plug.

He'll find out after the fix and he goes to plug in the dashcam again!

I can't count the amount of times I've pulled a coin from the bottom of these since the coin tray is right next to it...otherwise it's most likely a blown fuse.

Either that or they just took the time to get around to it.
