I think I saw a post with someone saying the Captain's chairs on the second row in the Advance fold flat. Unlike the bench seat, I didn't see that in the electronic Owner's Manual (or I missed it) nor on YouTube videos, etc. Can someone post of a photo showing this, please?
I have the 19 MDX Adv Hybrid; but, I think it is exactly the same as the 3.5L Adv (no entertainment option for the Hybrid). The captain chairs do fold flat, slide back/forth, and they recline a little bit also. The 2nd row center armrest look identical in size and function as the front row; except, at about 1/2 the internal storage space. I've taken my MDX on 3-4 Ikea runs and loaded extra long items with plenty of room to close the hatch (not all at once: large sectional couch with chase, 6 drawer dresser, and queen size bed frame with mattress).
I have the front seats in the max rearward position to show you don't need to remove the headrest if you do fold them down. I have to move the driver's seat forward to fold down the 2nd row seat; but, back into my max rearwoard memory seat position (I'm 6'3").
