Acura Care Extended Service Contract in Florida
Hello!
I recently purchased a 2019 MDX A-spec with 40150. It's still under factory warranty until 12/26/2022. I was sold a third-party contract before I learned about Acura Care. I am in the process of getting this refunded. Since I live in Florida, our laws stipulate that warranties must be purchased in the state of FL. I cannot find any dealership in FL that will sell me an Acura Care Extended Service contract before my factory warranty is up. Every dealer I've called only wants to sell me a third-party contract. From what I understand, Acura dealers do not have to sell Acura Care if they choose not to. Has anyone purchased Acura Care in FL? If so, where?
