2018 mdx sport hybrid Winter wheels/tires
Have had out new '18 Sortt hybrid Advance for a month now and it is far exceeding my expectations. Traded our 2009 mdx in and obviously a big step up. I have a 2016 BMW x5 5.0 (V8) and the MDX is a better ride . (never thought I would say that)...few bells and whistles but the drivetrain is much smoother. Only issue so far is that the drivers door needs a real slam to close. Surprised Acura doesn't catch this during Quality Control.
Re: Winter tires.... I checked Tire Rack and they have no matching winter wheel/tire combo for the hybrid. I prefer to get a second set of rims and tires and just swamp them on/off myself in fall/spring. Live in MN - real winter.

I posted this on a thread a few places below yours: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-mdx-...ckages-973861/
I have a 2019 MDX SH-AWD Advanced, that comes with 20x8.5J wheels - 265/45/20 tires.
I purchased the wheels for the Base 2019 MDX, which are 18x8J, TPMS sensors, and the aluminum center wheel cap for each one.
I am mounting a set of 245/60/18 Nokian Hakkas R3 SUV winter tires on them.
The only difference between the Sport Hybrid and the regular SH-AWD is the size of the front disk brake.
2019 Sport Hybrid: 13.0-in front / 13.0-in rear.
2019 Regular SH-AWD: 12.6-in front / 13.0-in rear.
It should not be a problem using the 18in wheels though.

No, I bought them from Bernardi online: https://acura.bernardiparts.com
If you decide to go this route, please give them a call to make sure they ok for your 2018 Sport Hybrid. They are extremely helpful!
$382 a wheel, plus TMPS sensors, and center caps. Below is a copy of my card, when I purchased them last week:
