I'm looking to lease a 2017 FWD MDX + Tech package - what are your thoughts on this deal:

• $ 2,000.00 total out of pocket (including tax, license, registration, etc ....)
• 36 months
• 10K miles a year
• Vehicle price: $ 49,435.00
• Purchase price: $ 43,560.00 (around $ 5,900.00 in savings)
• $ 505.00 a month including tax (CA - LA County)

No other dealer has quoted me less, but I'm not sure if I can do better or not ...

that is a smoking deal. thats what most people end up paying for a base model. why even put $2k down. I would do $565 with zero down.

I was thinking about going 0 down - in case i want to get out a few months before the end again like my current MDX lease. My current leased MDX is low miles, so I will get to roll over around 7K miles to this lease, so at the end I will have 37K miles to use over 3 years ...

All other dealers are sticking to their guns on the pricing - was hoping for $ 490.00 a month ...
