Yeah. They even had a '15 in the shop that they were doing the 100k service on that they compared side by side. They even redid the belt job incase the pulley was off a hair or the belt stretched (replaced belt again).

Because they had the motor apart so much they refreshed all the gaskets too that were compressed and retorqued down on so many times.

The mechanic took the injectors with him to a dyno shop that has injector testing capability. Unfortunately the Acura ones require something crazy (over 500psi) to activate them and the test rigs werent powerful enough to test it viably... (again, this is me as a non-mechanic speaking).

I'm just happy this solved it. Next step would have been a new engine...
