There are multiple posts on OTD purchases but how much are leases going for right about now? I have a 08' MDX which ended up being a home run in reliability and re-sale value. Hope the 2015 comes close. Much appreciated.

 

im paying 564 per month 10,000 miles per year. 2015 mdx advance

 

A friend leased in Los Angeles for 525/month, 12k miles a year.


Too many variables, imho, to just ask for payment.

Price of car
Money Factor
Security deposit
Loyalty




These all factor in. Best is to negotiate the price of the car, get the best money factor, and go from there.

 

Correct, not to mention every states tax & fees are VERY different depending on the location. Unless comparing special national programs, there are too many variables to just compare payment to payment as state fees and how their tax/registration is applied vary widely.

Always make sure you lease through Acura Financial Services for best rates and benefits too, and not get sucked into a 3rd party contract with Haan or US Bank, etc. with high end fees and no mileage rollover, forgiveness, etc. Some dealers will use these as another tactic of "but it's $xx cheaper" when in the end you pay more.

Always verify AFS is being used for your lease. But other than sale price, it's hard to compare payments with tax & fees. With AFS, rates and residuals are fixed as well, and cannot vary.
