Question 2014 MDX: "Keyless Remote Battery Low" does not go away after replacing battery

Hi everyone,

Recently, I got the "Keyless Remote Battery Low" message on my 2014 MDX. After a couple of weeks had passed, I bought CR2032 batteries and replaced the one in my key fob. It has been several weeks since I did this, and the message still has not gone away. Has anyone had this issue? Were you able to resolve it? If so, how?

Thanks,

tsy13

Me thinks that the battery you replaced was a faulty one. You must be aware that every battery sold in the store has a certain shelf life. It's quite possible that the one you got may have been lying in the store for several years. Try another battery from a different store / brand and I'm 99% confident that your issue will be resolved. It's only a couple of bucks anyway.
