2014-2020 Acura MDX Transmission Pressure Switches
 

Hi everyone,

I recently picked up a 2020 Acura MDX A-Spec with 38,000 miles and I’m starting to plan out my usual preventative maintenance routine. On my other Acuras (2005 TL, 2007 RDX, and 2013 RDX), I typically replace the transmission pressure switches as part of long-term maintenance very 60,000 miles.

However, when looking into the 3rd-generation MDX, I haven’t been able to locate a detailed thread on this topic. Has anyone here tackled replacing the pressure switches on a 3G MDX? If so, I’d love to see some pictures and/or threads. If not, maybe this can serve as a starting point for a dedicated discussion on the replacement of all six transmission pressure switches. I'm happy to document my journey.

Your 2020 MDX has a ZF 9-speed transmission, not the traditional 6-speed Acura transmission that the 2014-2015 MDXs had.
