Have a 17 MDX SH-AWD. Bought an Acura for it's reliability (which I thought) but this MDX is a disappointment. Have CPO warranty up until 2024.
Steady acceleration 0-25, there is a HARD jerk.. same from 40-50 MPH. Dealer says it's normal but I sure as hell know it is not. I've owned over 20 vehicles, never had problems like this

Acura dealers in Michigan have gone down in quality of service. Would showing these two TSBs help me when I go to the dealer, or should I call corporate? Any ideas?

Find another dealer. The latest TSB made the ZF9 a really decent transmission. Also to learn your driving style the trans programming needs to be reset and driven aboit 500 miles.

Only a total of three Acura dealers near me, two of which are 30-45 mins apart and third over 2 hours from me. Both locals say it is "normal". I will have to print out the TSBs to make them update it or something. Do you have the latest TSB so I can view and share with them? Thanks for your help!
