Wheel and tire fitment resources

In my experience with other cars and other forums, I've collected some links to sites with useful information and thought I'd post them up here since it seems that the same questions come up from time to time - offset, tire size, fitment, etc. Maybe we can even make this a resource thread if people want to add anything that they've used and found helpful. Hopefully this information will come in handy.

Basic offset/fitment calculator:

http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

Tire size calculator that shows size differences and speedometer error:

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos

Tire size calculator with ability to compare multiple sizes at once:

http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCal...?action=submit

Tire, offset, and clearance calculator:

http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/

And my favorite all-in-one tool, shows offset, backspacing, speedo diff, etc:

http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

And for those who are considering buying OEM or aftermarket from cars of other makes, here's a chart (slightly outdated) that shows bolt pattern and center bore for many other cars:

Thanks guys, glad its useful. Even if I'm just tire shopping, the calculators are helpful because sometimes the tires I want don't come in the stock size, at least not for the right price, haha. Its nice to know what the alternatives are and how close they are to stock specs both in terms of size and speedometer reading.

Now I just to find a good source for wheel weights.... and weigh my stockers...

Actually, the spreadsheet of weights on this site was more up to date than I thought.

More wheel weights, this site has it by size, and is sortable:

http://mechdb.com/index.php/Wheel_weights

Also has OEM bolt patterns and hub bore measurements, and some additional notes on offset, etc:

Since we were talking tires in another thread today....

Tire Rack's Surveys and Reviews, still one of the best resources out there for this:

Recent article from C&D comparing affordable summer tires:

Bump because you can't ever have too much fitment and suspension information.

Good charts for reference and understanding:

I use willtheyfit.com a lot. I take a known working size then compare it to a size I'm thinking about and it gives me a good idea of what I'm working with

Thanks. That's a good tool that summarizes things nicely.

http://www.willtheyfit.com/

It also lets you copy and paste the link to your comparisons, here's an example of one I just did for fun:
