Enkei EKM3 (problem being Tirerack charges an arm and a leg for TPMS)
TSW Croft
TSW Snetterton
TSW Donnington

as you an tell the TSW $100 rebate sale through Discount Tire Direct really caught my eye. Also they'll pricematch competition as long as they're authorized resellers.. so you can catch a break on the right tires too..

the snetterons im not a fan of the lip, the donnington are too flat, and the croft are pretty nice but i think the nurburbs got them beat.

The EKM3, in fact, are awesome wheels. I like em alot too

just my three cents

I spoke to tirerack today and asked them what the deal was on their TPMS sensors.. and why they're $86 each. They couldn't give me a good answer as to why the 1st gen's costs $28 each the and 2nd gen cost $86 each. They encouraged me to make sure discount tire direct sells the correct sensor.. but numerous people here have used Discount Tire Direct's sensor w/ no issues. They were unwilling to compromise on the price.. and I'm not buying everything separate.. then buying MDX sensors, installing those. then mounting and balancing etc.. (far to much hassle when I can get a package deal elsewhere)

I never once used the word cheap & I hope you are not trying to compare a BMW M3 to Killers TSX.

Hey man, i would totally compare my TSX to M3s.

Jokes aside though, m3 or not, the wheels are still the exact same style as the nurburs

I really like the EKM, I was considering them before I bought my RAZRs, I got mine from tire rack but didn't get the TPMS. you can reuse the stock ones.

the kbb on a 98 Civic coupe is about 4k, approximately 1/2 the cost of this wheel and tire package. You say they say 98 civic.. but actually they're almost identical to OEM BMW M3. Are you saying a current gen M3 is similar to a 98 Civic coupe??

I considered that also but planned on using my oem's during the cold season. Seems TPMS is far more trouble then it's worth (at least for someone that actually checks their tire pressure regularly).

NO! Look dude, go back & read my previous posts. At no time did I mention anyhting about BMW's or price.

Simply put, I have been an import car guy for many moons & CHROME TSW's & 90's Civics went hand n hand.

This thread started as an opinion poll... so I gave Killer my opinion.
There is no right or wrong answer here.

If all you want to do is stir sh!t up, maybe you should go to yur kitchen & heat up some soup.

Killer, sorry that your thread has turned into one guy telling another guy his opinion is wrong & that the price of a set of rims n tires has anything to do w/ wether they will look good on yur car or not... cause they are almost identical to ones that come on another car that is built for performance & is in a different class all together.

I will not muck up yur thread w/ any more comments so as to let other folks give thier opinions.

To those who have not left an opinion yet, be advised that some JACKWAGON will probably tell you yur wrong if you do not say these are the sickest rims ever produced & would make a 2nd Gen TSX compete w/ an M3 BMW.

I'm out... play on player.

I'm looking at a TSX that is low mileage on Autotrader, the wheels scare me though, does anyone know what they are? The used car dealer things they are an OEM upgrade because of the Acura Logo, but I think they are way to odd for that and are likely a knockoff. Sorry I cannot yet (too new) post a direct picture. The car is AutoTrader ID: AT-1200F783.

Again, sorry for the long way around to get to the picture. But any help is greatly appreciated.
