after doing some searching, Prototype mentioned this
"So, based on the info I've gather so far, coilovers made for 2008-2009 Honda Accords will fit Acura 2G TSXs, I just need to get hard evidence. Maybe Excelerate can help verify by comparing for us or I may end up buying the same coilover system for both cars just for comparison reasons."

To help solidify the information I've read/seen/heard, Megan Racing lists their EZ Street and Street coilovers as being the same for 09+ TSXs and 08+ Accords.
Their Street coilovers, however, have a disclaimer regarding the need for a high spring rate for a 4dr. It trips me out because the EZ street setup uses 5kg rates in the rear and the Street setup uses 6kg rates.
Still no hard evidence, yet. Probably won't have any for at least a month or so...

If you look through the 'best coilover' thread, you'll see that I've made some fairly long posts regarding coilovers for accords and tsxs. And some pretty interesting finds, too. Such as:
The spring rates don't change across the entire accord platform for tein's offering (2dr, 4dr, v6 or 4cyl in either trim, blah blah blah). You can reference tein's price list for their SS setup on the 08+ accord. Same part number and spring rates.
I'm located in Gilroy, CA.
I don't know the stock rates, yet. And yes, you can customize to your liking. If you change the spring rates, you have to think about re-valving the shocks accordingly as well.
I'm actually interested in the just announced/released Buddy Club RSDs (hopefully higher spring rates out of the box) or the Ksports (13kg/7kg). Both are current offerings for the 08+ accord (my biggest dilemma).

Yes, my intentions with my tsx include track days. But you know, plans and intentions always change. I'm actually anxious to see f2's offering (if they decide to offer a setup for the CU2)

I'd be interested in the ride height/stiffness difference between the two cars... probably a non-issue with adjustable coils.

looks like i may be going with the Buddy Clubs or KSports
appreciate you trying and doing a set of coiloves that are suppose to be for 08+accords. it helps prove that our coilover selection is a lot larger than we original thought

I think the buddy clubs tip the scales at 1200. Ksports are 800.
No personal experience with the ksports and I'd trust any one of my vehicles with a buddy club setup. I'm happy to try the ksports at their pricepoint, though. Then again, I might hold out a bit to see if F2 puts out but I'm willing to bet their price point will start at 800-900 for non-adjustable dampers.
The coilovers will probably be purchased sooner than later, but will be installed later than sooner. I'm trying to figure out a wheel/tire/offset/width setup to compliment the new stance. I think te37s would be a classic look but damn the pricing on them new!!!

i had ksports on my 8th gen civic, i thought they were great for the value. i'm pretty sure they've done a better job for the 8th gen accord.
what i like the most about them are the camber plates so you have the ability to adjust your front camber as you please, same goes for the buddy clubs.
the f2's i believe won't be coming out for a while sadly
