Offset question for CU2 TSX

I'm looking for new rims and I'm wondering what kind of offset I should go for.

I realize the stock setup with 55 offset both F and R rims are quite recessed in the wheel well (not sure why Honda does that but anyways ... )

I also notice the R is even more recessed than the F with 55 offset.

I want to make both F and R flush with the fender, but not stick out ... what kind of offset should I go for?

I am not sure about staggered setup for rims, so I could put in a wheel spacer for the R if I must.

If I just eyeball it I should go with a 45 offset for F and R, and add 5mm spacers for the R?

What do you guys think?

I won't lower (roads are too bad around here) and don't want to roll my fenders.

Thanks in advance

Not lowering stay stock especially if your planning to go with bigger rims; just my opinion!!

^THIS! if your roads are that bad, its better to stay with stock wheels since you will have more tire.

45 offset will give you a nice 10mm increase in track with zero concerns about fit. They'll make the wheelwells look fuller too. I'd skip the spacers; the front and rear track are the same (62.2"), and the new wheels will look fine without them.

Why are you only concentrating on offset? 8 1/2" wide 55 offset wheel will stick out 13mm compared to stock 7 1/2" wheels.
