You'll need to roll and pull fereder cambering the front is limited.
Here's a pic X9 +20 225/35/20 yes the car is not lower but even lower would need fender work.

 

with a 235 or 225 and natural camber, you could be ok...and a roll. 245 is thick...(that's what she said).
