Have a question with 19x8,5 ET40

So i bought new wheels. Tires will be 235|35 http://s3.images.drive2.ru/car.journal.photos/x3/4400/000/000/162/09f/88cd7479a50ca6d2-main.jpg I want to drop the car with Tein-S springs. Will these wheels fit good? will not rub? :tomato: thanks
