Coilover and Wheel Fitment Help Needed

Hi everyone! I just picked up a 2012 TSX. I was browsing through the forums and tried to get a better understanding of what works well. After doing some reading, I still have some questions on suspension and wheel fitment. Can I run 19x9.5 +43 front, 19x9.5 +30 rear without fender mods? If not, what would fit without rubbing? Because I'm leasing the car, I am hesitant in rolling the fenders. Also, from what I've seen the Tein Basic or Megan coilovers would provide a comfortable enough ride and not cost me an arm and a leg. I don't expect stock ride comfort but I don't want to be cringing when driving over slight bumps in the road.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for pointing that out. I also saw another member, benben01, running 19x8+45. The fronts look almost flush with the fenders. I hope 9.5 +43 can fit in the front.

As Tobwac mentioned, defcon is 9.5 +45 all round but I think he is planning on putting spacers in the rears - 15mm if I remember correctly? He doesn't done any work to the guards/fenders so I think you should be fine with 19x9.5 +30 in the rears. Also, fronts should be good to go too as defcon says his are fine.
