Are camber kits necessary?

Are camber kits necessary?

I'm planning on getting the Koni shocks with the Eibach springs put on my 2010 along with some 18x8.5 +35 wheels. Is a front or rear camber kit necessary for a proper alignment? Thanks in advance.
