Alright, I'M Home... However!!!!!!
Alright boys; I'M home and my wheels were sitting pretty in my garage along with my TPMS. However, when I went to go get them installed right before my car got on the lift we realized ACURA forgot to put the lock key back in the trunk!!!
So, now I have to wait til' tuesday for install... Sit tight, these things are going to be sick.. Here's another teazer!!!!!!!!!
Is there an order on how to set up the new TPMS???

Please don't post if you don't know the answer. You just muddy the waters and cause confusion.

Thanks, guys!
Tobwac - they are meaty, I ordered em' that way I've had cars with really really thin low pros and don't like feeling every freaking pebble. This should suffice while still looking good.
Chaqui - thanks for the answer but I have to agree with "ceb" you shouldn't answer unless you're 100% on an issue. But I do appreciate you trying.
ceb - I ordered the ones from the ebay seller that everyone on this forum ordered from also, so plug and play from what I hear.
benben - these specs should look familiar
Stance SC-5's
19x8.5(+45) - 245/45/19 front
19x9.5(+48) - 265/30/19 rear
Once they're on next week hopefully, I'm gonna measure and see how much drop I can do and still maintain the turning integrity.

No, no and NO. If he bought the correct sensors then the car will automatically recognize them. If he bought the wrong sensors then there isn't anything he can do to fix it - except buy the right sensors.

245/35 are the correct sizes for the front (for outside diameter) and the rears should be 255/35 to be closest to the proper outside diameter. 265/30 are too small and 265/35 are too large and neither size matches the front sizes.

looking forward to the results! I was looking at the vossen cv3s last time I was at wheeltec in tampa. They look freakin hot. But didnt like the fact that they only came in 20s. I was toying with the idea of getting some cv1s.

Swarlos: I originally wanted to get the vossen cv1's but quickly looked for an alternative when I was quoted almost everywhere at $2000-2500 just for the wheels, no tires. I just really wanted a concave look but will get it with these at a much more reasonable price.

I dont think anyone has put 265/30/19 on their 9.5 wide wheels yet. But that would have been my next choice after I wear out my 255/35. 255/35 is going to be the closest to stock. I dont think you will have anything to worry about tho. Its more important that you get the correct size on the front drive wheels. Rear wheels are only along for the ride, so you can be a little more lax about about tire size for the rear. Plus you are running some pretty high offsets in the rear, so you should have plenty of space.

The outside diameter of the rear wheels are a half inch smaller that your front wheels. That's a pretty big (and visible) difference. Put the front and rears next to each other and you'll see the difference.
The OE (17") wheels have a 4 3/8 inch sidewall while your new fronts have a 3 3/8 sidewall, while your rears will be a 1/4 inch shorter.
Assuming that there are no clearance issues, the rear tires should be 255/35/19 to match your fronts better.
Your fronts are close enough in outside diameter so you shouldn't run into warranty issues from that, but you may suspension issues based in the increased width.
Very nice looking wheels. Do Acura center caps fit?

ceb - you've been very helpful! I have set them side by side and cannot SEE the difference even though I know it's there. I don't know what to do now, I really would rather hold off on putting them on if it means no suspension problems or any other problems at all in the future. That was another question I had. I don't know how to check If the center cap fits other than just taking one of them off and trying it...

Are you planning on lowering the car?
Where do you live? What are the roads like? Will you miss that 1/4 inch of sidewall? As it is, you've lost one inch of sidewall already so your ride will get harsher.
I can't imagine that you don't see the difference - the overall difference is a half inch.
As far as the centercap is concerned, You can measure the opening and the front of the centercap to see if they are close.

Gotcha, when I take it in next week I'll see what the shop recommends. I was planning on lowering it slightly with (eibach pro) which is only an inch and had also planned on rolling the rear fenders. I live in Florida, the roads are nice. As far as sidewall goes, I'm not sure what it is but can't imagine it bothering me as long as there's no rubbing anywhere.

You're the one thr needs to chill. We are ALL here to learn. If you don't know something don't POST. And if someone corrects you, don't try and turn it around just say you didn't know and roll with it. Noone was getting angry, just letting you know.
