Hi i have an 09 tsx lowered on Tein coilovers. I just got an alignment, but there's still negative camber and i was just wondering if thats normal. I dont want my tires to wear out even faster

as long as toe is 0 you'll be fine.

Camber isn't a bad thing. Camber helps with handling. The car even comes from the factory with negative camber. How much negative camber do you have now? Post up your alignment sheet.
I think for your car, Acura specifies a range of -0.5° to -1.5° (I could be wrong, check to make sure). Even if you have a little more than -1.5° (I have -2.0° ) you'll still be fine. I just keep an eye on wear and rotate tires more frequently if necessary. This is wear a tire tread depth gauge comes in handy.
Too much negative or positive toe wears out tires faster than camber. Camber just causes uneven wear. Like thoiboi said, if you have toe at 0° , then you should be fine.... unless camber is something ridiculous like -3.5°

The camber is not adjustable on a TSX. The rear suspension is designed to agressively gain negative camber, while the front gains neg camber very slightly.
Depending on the amount of camber, the tyres you use and your toe alignment, you may or may not see uneven wear.
I'm at -2.8 to -3 in the back at this height. I guess I could buy a camber kit. But I'd probably need to roll fenders. So I bought Michelin PSS...which are less susceptible to uneven wear.
