Leather came undone from driver's seat
Quick note, bc I have to go to work.. I was out at the store earlier today and looked down b/w the driver's seat and the center console, and saw a white clip poking out from the side of the seat of my '09. Looked closer and the leather seat cover had actually come undone. Might be able to fix it myself, but I'm definitely getting that sh*t fixed by an acura dealer under warranty.
not cool man.. not cool.
not cool man.. not cool.

Had the same thing on mine, i just pushed the seat bolster down and clipped it back on. No need to waste gas and take it back to have a tech at the dealership clip it back on. I guess someone was sleeping when our seats were getting covered.

I believe there is a TSB on this issue. I've seen a few like this, and clipped them down as needed. We also had a few with a 'sticky' cupholder door. It seems like the tolerances between the leading edge (side facing the front of the car) and the center console are too tight, causing the door to 'hang' a few millimeters after you first unlatch it. Anyone else notice this?

Colin...Yes, in fact in the two TSX I took for test drive, BOTH had that exact same problem....certainly something I can live with as its easily correctable...same for the leather seats...its the EPS problems that concerns me the most...did you read that thread?

Yes, and I haven't noticed this at all. Could be the cars need more caster in the suspension, maybe a wiring harness is hanging up, maybe its the normal transition between high assist and low assist. It seems as if the speeds in question are right in that transition area.
