Talking glare on navi screen

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this site and am excited about getting an '09 TSX soon. I'm still torn between the base and tech. I've heard people write about the glare on the Navi screen which has left me reluctant to purchase the tech package. I would love the rearview camera and better stereo but in Hawaii, I can't get XM radio. So I'm not sure if the tech package is worth the extra money. Thoughts, anyone?

I personally never have any problems w/ glare on the Nav screen UNLESS i have the sunroof window open all the way and the sun just so happens to be EXACTLY on top of my car ;D

Xm is part of the standard package anyway, so don't let that deter you.

Thank you for your feedback! I'm headed to the only Acura dealership on Oahu, Hawaii and hope that I can get a good deal, base or navi.

As long as you tint the windows you shouldn't have any problems with glare. It has never been an issue for me.
