I have a Blackberry 8830 World Edition with Verizon Wireless. I was really bummed when I got my car that the Address Book did not import to the navi. I checked on acura.com/handsfreelink, and found out that the address import function on the phone is not compatible with my 09 TSX Tech.

However, every morning the Import Address book option is highlightable. I tried to import the address book, but every time it failed. Yesterday, I tried it again..and to my surprise, it was importing the address book to the navi! I was driving to work, and it probably took 10 minutes to import 300+ contacts. Does anybody have the Blackberry 8830 , or have a similar situation with doing a Address Book import? I wonder if the car updated itself lately, or I just got really lucky with the import.

I have a VZW 8330 and could import it. I had to turn down the bluetooth security settings on the phone, but after that it worked no problem. Import only took a couple minutes for like 150 contacts

I had to import my address book again since I've updated my Blackberry contacts. It failed the first two times, but I just kept trying until the contacts starts to import into with Navi.

Yeah, my BB was kinda being a bitch, too, but I finally got it after a few tries. OP, don't give up, it'll take it.
