Acura TSX 2009 2.4 - Whirring Noise under valve cover?

Acura TSX 2009 2.4 - Whirring Noise under valve cover?
Hello folks! Hopefully you gurus can offer some insight.
I have a 2009 Acura TSX with the 2.4 k24. 255,000 KM and running strong, but I do have one concern, especially before a month long roadtrip I am about to take.
I seem to have developed a sort of whirring noise coming from underneath my valve cover (i think) when the car is in park. Also happens in drive and other gears but less pronounced. It happens when the car warms up and after driving around for a bit. Here is a video; you can hear the whirring best in the first two seconds of the video. It is not really rhythmic and somewhat random but is in line with engine rotations:
On this car I have done extensive work on the accessory drive. I drove through deep water in the winter at one point and dried out my AC compressor pulley bearings. This eventually caused the compressor pulley to seize and the belt melted and ripped. I replaced the Ac compressor clutch, pulley, coil and at the same time also replaced the crank pulley because I noticed that the rubber was ripping and it was wobbling a bit and giving off noise. I also replaced the alternator, belt tensioner just recently, and the idler pulley. New belt is also installed. Therefore the accessory drive is basically brand new minus the water pump which was never changed. ALL THAT BEING SAID noise is present even with belt off, so the above is listed more for insight and it seems accessory drive isn't related [img]data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7[/img] And it started several months after doing all the above work.
That leaves me with either crank (which turns of course with or without belt) or something in the block.
I was told maybe its valve chatter, timing chain, tensioner guides, etc...which could be the case, but want to see if anyone has other ideas. There is no vibrations or performance changes otherwise, just the noise. Tightened anything under the plastic cover and the valve cover itself as well as injectors and checked spark plugs.
