Hey just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue with their tsx?

I hear a whining noise coming Only when i accelerate in drive from 2000rpm to 3000rpm and the if i go any higher it goes away

I have asked my cousin whos a mechanic for honda he cant seem to figure out what exactly is wrong.

He said it could be from the crank shaft?

ive looked around on google and have come up with a few things from a knock sensor to tranny issues

(although my cousin confirmed that the noise is not really affecting anything so if i could live with the noise its fine.

I here it t as well. Mine sounds like a space ship as it accelerates away.
