2009 Acura spray nozzles not working with hood closed

Hi All

I have a weird issue with my 2009 Acura TSX

The spray nozzles work fine with hood open, but will not spray with hood closed.

Thanks

they're being pinched somewhere. Follow the hoses.

Stupid question. Where are the hoses for the washer reservoir? I've only had the car a few days and looked under the hood and can't see them.

Have you checked the underside of the hood? The fire blanket /insulator may be covering it. Follow the nozzles

The nozzles are mounted to the black cover at the bottom of the windshield. The hose has to be under that. I think where the hinge folds under the the black cover is where the hose is getting pinched.

Nozzles don't mount on the hood, they're tucked under/behind the back edge of the hood on the cowl.

Unfortunately, I have no idea about this problem aside from what's been said about, "follow the path from the nozzles back to the reservoir."

stupid me.. !

I was basing my observation on this diagram here:OEM Acura TSX SEDAN 2009 WINDSHIELD WASHER (KA) parts

Somehow, when the hood is closed, either the plastic cowl is is pinching the hose or the hood itself

My guess is the issue is going to be in the top left corner of the hood area when facing it.

Did you click on the link?

There's a blurb that says, "This part also fits"
