Vortex Blue TSX!!!!

Hey guys, my names Thanasi (Greek I know) T for short, and this is my Vortex blue Tsx!

2 Months after I got it!

Than I decided it was a little to bland, so I went with some 19" 5Zigen Sc300 and lowered it using the Eibach springs! Looks a lot better in my opinion and it handles like a dream.

Ill be sure to post pics as Im looking forward to doing some things this summer! Hope you guys enjoyed the pictures!

Damnn!! Wish I had the money to get rims so quick! Agree with everyone; get some spacers and it'll look even better! Also, KillerG's suggestion on blue lugs would be a nice touch as well :P
Great looking car man, keep us posted!

nice rims. i had those in 18's but they looked liked 17's because of the lip.

so your 19's to me look like they're 18's.

whats your offset and width?

good progress.

Nice Rims!

Maybe it's just the angle but are those cross-drilled/slotted rotors in the last pic?

@5th to 2nd, ya they are! I like a lot of other people had bad brakes at around 18, 20 thousand miles something like that and instead of paying 300 dollars to replace them at my dealer i spent an extra 50 got cross drilled and slotted rotors and better pads....worked for me

Nice.

I got mine warrantied but when they do need replacement I'll probably go with Brembo blanks and ceramic pads. I had that on my previous car and it really made a big difference in braking feel.

It really does make a difference! The first week I had them spirited driving was so much more eventful and fun, braked so much better, and was just an overall better time

Car looks great man. Love the wheels and drop, spacers are a def suggestion. At first I wasnt a fan of the blue but this color is growing on me the more I see them modded. Also interested in your brake upgrade. Details, please.

Cool. I've only heard good things about Hawk pads, esp the HPS line.

I'll probably go Brembo blanks still though--I've heard cross-drilled/slotted discs are prone to warping and cracking especially if they're not manufactured well.

^^

Adam's rotors are nice too, big in the Euro scene, made to order and solve the problem of warping and cracking that some cross drilled/slotted rotors have.

Thanks for the compliment ^^^^ uhhhh it was like 350 if i remember correctly there was a deal going on at the time I was very fortunate, i think. As far as reliability goes I have had these for about 20 thousand miles and nothing has gone wrong so i have no complaints!

Hello and welcome, dude. I got my Basque Red in April. I wanted the Vortex Blue first, but there were no 2011s in Florida in that color, so I "settled" for the Burgundy instead. I'm really happy with my color and now that I have it, it seems like the best color to me, haha.

But that blue was what I really wanted when I first decided to buy a TSX. The dealer said that customers in Florida don't think luxury unless it's black, white, or in between (Grigio or Silver).

I say WRONG, your color and mine are damn luxurious looking to me! Nice car, and those rims really make it pop.
