d, how r your rotors holding up? i had to get my rotora 1pc bbk drilled/slotted rotors turned twice in 6 months!

i spoke with rotora about it and they thought that maybe i didn't go thru the proper break in procedure. i was like wtf, i drive like grandma now and rarely hit vtec. the rotors definitely shouldn't have worn twice that soon.

it may also be that in tampa bay there are puddles everywhere. registering excessive heat during hard braking and then sudden cooling in a puddle could do that as well.

anyways, your car is hot and i'm glad to have seen it in person in nc. KEEP ON MODDING

They're holding up pretty well so far and it's been a few months since they've been on. I did do the break-in procedure and think I did it well, I followed the directions as closely as I could without risking getting any tickets. They smelled pretty good afterwards which I know was supposed to happen. But so far so good, no noise, no warping.

Okay, it's official. When I get my TSX next year I am straight-up copying what you've done there, because you can't really improve on perfection.

nice car! i'm new to the forum.. is that the aero bumper kit? Also, I'm thinking of doing the same thing with the calipers (except i'm looking at the black 'acura' ones) I'm assuming you had to purchase the rotors with the calipers.. how much did it run you?

The kit came with the calipers, rotors, and stainless steel brake lines. I can't really comment on what I paid for it because I teamed up with Marcus at HeelToe Auto to test fit the kit.

AHA, DerwoodEE, Now I know what a caliper is
This are calipers not mine
Cant believe the rotors and caliper fit on a CU2. My brakes or rotors are about 320mm on the 2.4L cars in Europe, dont know how much in Inch. But yours look much bigger than mine

Your car looks great, almost perfect !!!
