No worries man, I was more of less saying nice car and in my little world, here's how I'd make it nicer. I actually had a rear wing on my '03 TL-S, I don't think they look bad, just on smaller cars like the TSX, I think the lower lip spoiler looks better. You can see I basically turned your car into looking my TL-S...maybe I miss it more than I thought Bottom line: nice car dude, I especially love that A-Spec kit

And don't the A-Spec wheels come in gunmetal or silver? I don't think they have to be shiny.

Thanks for the info. I really like how the aerokit looks. I am leasing, but i've already picked it up obviously. What do you think about me adding it after delivery?

cruzer24..there is nothing wrong in purchasing it after you picked up your car but you can no longer residualize it....meaning, if your spoiler cost $800 amd your lease says your residual will only be 50%, you are only going to pay 400$ over your lease...while the other 400$ will go toward the buyout of the car. Not a big deal, just go out, buy it, install it and enjoy it I will look amazing.....

Type34...No worries, I know you were not being critical and just giving some advice on what you think would make my car look nicer. Trust me, I have been given many advices and always listen to them and may or may not decide to go with them...it all depends if I feel it will make it nicer looking in my eyes The part of the wing spoiler not looking good on a smaller car...couldn't agree with you more but I just think this 09 TSX is a bit wider and this years wing spoiler sits lower on the deck, so being wider and lower gives it a much more sexier stance than from the previous generation (which I had but didn't like as much) as the car was already too narrow and tall from the behind and the fact that the spoiler was already higher than this one made it look even more 'odd'...

dom and others....I do like the look that type34 did with his photoshop of the grill, I do like myself but...and here is the but...if Acura would have gone ahead with this design, wouldn't they have taken some flack to look like a 'chevy'? Its not easy being a car designer and not make it look like something that hasn't been done before eh?

Very nice. My wife has a PWP on tan. I'm just waiting until it goes in for service so I can put the Aero kit on it for her. I have it on mine and she loves the look of it. She's going to flip when she sees your photos.

Nice work.

looks sick...wut you need to do is drop it and put some 18s or 19s on it to complete the a-spec look....it would look way better.

Hey. Your car looks awesome. I am looking to buy a TSX in the coming weeks and wanted some verification. The "aerokit" you got put on; was it factory installed by Acura? Basically when I go to Acura's website, the options I have are to add on: a front underbody spoiler, a rear underbody spoiler, and side underbody spoiler. Is this what you are referring to as the aerokit?

I asked to look at a TSX with the front, rear, and side spoilers on when I went to the dealership, but they tell me that they have not sold any, and none are on any of the cars they have. So...how am I supposed to buy it, if I can't see what its going to look like?

I'm pretty sure what you have on yours is what they refer to as these spoilers and am leaning towards it either way but I wanted some verification. Thanks for your help.

hold up.

the second gen. has two options:

underbody spoiler

or

bumper replacements

what you see in the picture and what is listed on the Acura
site as the underbody spoilers are actually the bumper replacements.
they have it worded wrong.

the bumper replacements are aka the aero kit.

I don't think you've seen the underbody spoilers yet.
the Acura site is not offering the front lip to you guys, huh...
Heeltoe can get it I bet.

let me see if I can find a picture or two....

okay, I found what you need.

Aero Kit, aka Bumper Replacement

Underbody Spoiler, aka Front Lip

a close up of the BEST grille available for the 09 TSX

Link for you below:

It all explains itself there.

That really did help a lot! Its what I originally thought but just wanted some clarification on. I like the bumper replacement way better then the lip. Now I really can't wait. Thanks!

Blazing GT.....Thanks for the compliment. You have no idea how many positive comments I get everywhere I go, it also helps that I am the only one with the aerokit in white in my area. I am so happy with this TSX and everytime I see the first gen TSX, I feel I made a good decision to upgrate my 1 gen to 2nd gen

I asked him the same question in this thread:
https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tsx-2009-2014-143/what-color-tsx-do-you-have-688432/

Here was his response:
the whole kit (front bumper, rear bumper, wing spoiler and side skirts) installed was near $2000 (cdn) but I rolled into the lease payment...
