Those are 370Z Sport edition 19s. The Nismos look similar but are different. I assume that guy has 4 fronts because I doubt the rears would fit like that.
Sport Edition 19": Front 19x9 +47 ET, rear 19x10 +30 ET
Nismo 19": Front 19.9.5 +40 ET, rear 19x10.5 +30 ET
Nismo S-Tune 19": Front 19x9 +47 ET, rear 19x10 +30 ET

Sweet photos in this thread. I love the TSX wagon and I think it might be our next car. I almost had our 535xi sedan sold the about a month ago, but the wife had second thoughts and would not sell it. I guess I kind of feel the same, but it would be great to have a more reliable car, just not sure I can give up the manual transmission and go with a bit lower power.

No problem. Sometimes it's hard to ride that line between helpful and smartass.
As for the brakes, I don't quite know. Being in Japan, all bets are off since there are so many companies. They don't have the shape of Endless or Project Mu. My guess initially had been that they could have been from the same Cayenne that the wheels came from and painted in green with the silver face.

20 mm on the rear.
I will be moving these up front and putting 25 mm on the rear in the near future. The stock wheels have such little offset, they look way too tucked when lowered. Just pushing them out a little.
My RV6 downpipe just arrived so that has installation priority.
