I would hope CT-E made one for the AT also. The majority of TSX sales are AT so why limit your potential sales to a small percentage of MT owners.

Group buy FTW!!!

With the money you might spend on this thing you could easily go to the dealership and trade in for a V6. You might even save some cash. But if I remember correctly, didn't the dyno charts show that the supercharged I4 put more power to the ground than a stock V6?

I'm thinking S/C Stage 2. 300+ whp on a stock 06+ si not bad at all.

The automatic transmission should hold up if you install the S/C. Unless they put a heavy duty transmission cooler on the TSX V6, and RDX.

By the time the kit is available it should include the A/T. I am running 9.8lbs of boost at full thottle with 265hp and 225tq at the wheels both I think are better than the V6 cars.

We are limited to that boost level because of the pre-cat attached to the head, it would over heat after the second pull on the dyno. If I get mine removed I would run the same 3.15" pulley that the Civic SI guys are running. I would hope that it will put me close the 300hp at the wheels. Even with sticky 245-40-18 tires I am already having traction problem. I am looking into a clutch and L.S.D. first.

The stage 2 s/c kit comes with bigger injectors and and updated flash tune from hondata. I'm sure we will pull better numbers than the si. Deleting the pre cat is that possible? Every shop that I talked to was too scared to do it.

So you are saying Hondata really is working on a flash for the car so long as it is FI. Okee dokee.

Anyone know what the torque converter can handle or should I seriously consider a 6MT? I screwed up and test drove the '11 with a 6MT back in late December and now I really really want one. I'd just hate to put $5k into this thing only to wind up smokin' my tranny while still not being able to lay the power down.

I was referring to the stage 2 s/c on the civic si.

It has been done safely on the last generation TSX.

I'm interested to hear what you found for the clutch and LSD. Anything of interest?

Is it possible to drop on a new SI head or a RSX-S head with the supercharger?

Nothing on the clutch yet. Everyone thinks that the Civic or RSX clutches would work but I do not want to pull my trans on a guess. When the clutch is made I am going to try the Civic SI Diff.

Would this solve your pre-cat issue?
https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tsx-performance-parts-modifications-299/looking-pcd-hfpc-i4-tester-around-chicagoland-822066/

Now the question is will the 5AT be able to handle 300hp+?

July 1st is this coming Friday. I'm hoping there would be enough people to jump on the first batch so we get more word on this kit. 265hp and 225tq at the wheels would be fantastic if there aren't any short term and long term issues.

I would so love to get this, and maybe someday I will. But if i were to purchase this right now, my wife would be so angry, she'd render me unable to have any more children. If you know what I mean....

Those has to be some enjoyable 20K miles. What kind of gas mileage are you getting with the S/C?

One other critical question, how much for the kit?
