Economical caliper swap

Economical caliper swap
I have a 2010 V6. Like others on the forum I find the brakes lacking. My wife has a 2009 Odyssey and to my surprise it has double piston calipers up front. So I got to wondering, does anyone have access to detailed specs to see if Odyssey calipers would fit the TSX. That would be an economical way to get more stopping power, combined with better pads. The bolt pattern is the same, I was able to put her wheel on my car and the rotor looks to be about the same size (11.7 vs. 11.8 inches).
Thoughts? Thanks.

Burning Brakes
You can make almost any caliper fit if you can find someone to make a bracket for you. As for direct bolt ons from other Honda/Acuras, the only one I know of is from the Legend, as I posted here:

But if the Odyssey calipers really are two piston and can work, that would be pretty cool. The things to check would be if the rotor size will be an issue and what pad contact is like. Even if it is really only 0.1" difference, it isn't necessarily negligible when it comes to brake components.

Three Wheelin'
Odyssey has 5 x 120 bolt pattern vs TSX 5x 114.3, not quite sure how you made it fit to the TSX.
In terms of brakes, try different pads first like the other suggested before contemplating a caliper swap.
