2009 tsx k24z3 turbo ECU selection
2009 tsx k24z3 turbo ECU selection
Alright so I need some help/advice for my build. I'm doing a RWD conversion kit from ballade sports to mount a k24z3 to the s2000 transmission into my rx7. I know how to put all the mechanical parts together but I have never done ECU work before, so I have no idea where to even start.
Engine is stock high compression, will be changing intake manifold for the RWD setup. Will be installing 2.5" or 3" exhaust, t4 turbo with 8-12psi. 1000cc injectors. Aiming for 350whp on e85.
I have all the parts lined up and ready to install just waiting on one last part, I need help/info on the ECU. Are the stock tsx ECUs tunable? Do I need a piggyback? I want to use the stock wiring harness but if that's not possible I'm gonna just run a haltech. Let me know what people have to do in order to control there engine management under boost, (if I bought the engine from a 2006 rsx, hondata makes a kit for it but when I just contacted them they told me the engine I have is too new.) let me know my options people.
