I didn't see anything about this here, so if someone already posted it - SORRY - but the classic rock album has been issued in a CD/DVD-Audio package this week.

You can find it at Best Buys and Amazon and all of those kind of places. It comes in a double case with a CD and a "real" 5.1 DVD-Audio that sounds AMAZING in my TSX!!!

As with most DVD-A's, it's probably only going to be available for a limited time, so if you want something to feed your ELS player that won't cost you a fortune, or if you just want to experience the thrill of buying a DVD-A in a store and actually playing it on the way home, go get this disc.

NOTE: It's also available at BB as a CD/Blu-Ray package. The DVD-A has a red sticker on the front, and the Blu-Ray has a blue sticker.

Go for it, and play it LOUD!!!

can you actually pick up on the surround effect? i had read in the TL forum that people were saying the DVD-A part of it was just in stereo and were disappointed? if its in 5.1, im definitely interested.

It is true 5.1, it's just not 'hit you over the head' 5.1. It sound great in the TSX, not sure what the TL guys are complaining about. You can read reviews of the surround here: http://www.quadraphonicquad.com/foru...read.php?14355
