No sound from speakers: 09 TSX

I have a 2009 tsx tech package and ran into a recent major issue. Just a day ago I just replaced the clutch and flywheel along with master and slave cylinders. The battery was disconnected in the process and bare in mind my entire sound/handsfree/navi worked perfectly before the clutch replacement. When everything was bolted back up and put together I entered both navi and radio codes to make sure everything was square and now I have no sound coming from my speakers. Everything else from the navi to a.c controls, back up camera, hands free etc works perfectly, I just get no sound from the speakers.. I even went as far as testing the mic on my handsfree by talking to a friend on the other line and they can hear me through it but I can't hear them. So if everything else was working properly I thought maybe a fuse?? But I checked both the relay under the hood and the one under the driver's side dash and all my fuses seem ok.. I took another step further and located my pre-amp in the trunk and removed it. I unscrewed and slid out the board to see if the IC may have burnt out but I am far from an expert at this point and from my eye everything seemed normal and I got no burnt smell from a possible power surge. I am at a loss at this point.. I was thinking to just buy another pre-amp but those are not cheap and such a rip. Any thoughts/recommendations/experiences that you guys have in reference to this would be deeply appreciated.
